Head to openvendi.com/signup and sign up with your email address. You will receive a verification email — click the link to confirm. The whole process takes about two minutes.
After signing in, go to your Dashboard and open Settings. Set your shop name, write a short bio, upload a profile photo or logo, and add your payment handle — your PayPal.me link, Venmo username, Cash App tag, or Zelle contact. This is how payouts reach you after sales clear the hold period.

From the Dashboard click + List Item. The listing form walks you through four steps:
Add up to 13 search tags to help buyers find your item on Google. Think about the words a buyer would type: material, style, occasion, era, use case. A handmade soy candle might use tags like: soy candle, lavender candle, housewarming gift, hand poured, clean burning, natural candle.
When a buyer completes checkout through Square, you receive an email notification. Orders appear in your Dashboard under Orders. Mark orders as shipped and enter your tracking number. You can purchase discounted shipping labels directly from your dashboard — the label cost is automatically deducted from your payout.
OpenVendi holds payouts for 3 days after a sale as fraud protection. After the hold clears, your available balance appears in the Payouts section. Send yourself funds via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle with a single click.
